Shipping and returns

UK Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders within UK. This is automatically applied at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Please note that this processing time is in addition to the postage option selected at checkout.

 

International Delivery
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to facilitate international shipping due to increased costs of postage as well as added restrictions and legalities due to Brexit.  We aim to have this option as soon as possible.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@oaxacollection.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.

 

Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to issue a refund on all full priced items. You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Please contact us at info@oaxacollection.com before posting the return. 

1. Items must be unused and in the original condition you received it

2. Items must be In the original packaging

Please note that we are unable to reimburse the postage cost of returns and the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please keep your proof of postage and ensure that returns are well packaged as we are unable to accept returns that are damaged.
